Shipping Policy

We hand wrap and package each item sold. Most items are custom made and are package and shipped the same day they are completed or the following business day.

As much as we'd love to ship our products 24/7 we are a small company and hold other jobs in addition to making these wonderful products! That and there are days that the USPS system just doesn't run! Believe me we tried!

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns but we do offer insurance at the time of purchase to be sure all your items arrive safely!
